When one of the most important people in your life calls you crying because they are just so unhappy - with everything, you feel this heavy, oppressive burden because you know that that person deserves all the happiness in the world. Happiness is a choice that some of us struggle with more than others and it breaks my heart to watch this person struggle so much. 

Dear friend, 

You ARE worthy of happiness. You ARE worthy of good, healthy relationships. You ARE worthy of being loved. You ARE beautiful - inside and out. I can’t begin to express how much our friendship has enriched my life because words cannot do those emotions justice. You are one of the most caring, loving, beautiful people I have ever met. I admire the strength and courage that you have to be honest with yourself and whatever struggles you have. You say you’re on your quest to find happiness; I’ll be on that quest with you. Supporting you. Encouraging you. Praying for you. Loving you and letting you know that I’ll stick with you ‘till the end. I love you will all my heart.
